How It Works
#1 — Apply
Submit your information to be considered. Our team may follow up for more details during the screening process. With only 50 seats available, not all applicants will be invited.
#2 — Get Invited
Pre-approved candidates will receive an official invitation to our November 2025 livestream, where we’ll open the first 50 seats to the Founders Club.
#3 — Claim Your Seat
If invited, you can secure your spot with a minimum investment of $500 USD and complete the associated paperwork. Seats must be claimed within 24 hours before they’re released to the next candidate on the waitlist.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Founders Club is open to people with a personal stake in redesigning mental health care from the ground up. That includes:
Clinicians – therapists, psychiatrists, social workers, and others in direct care
Researchers – advancing the science of mental health and digital health
People with lived experience – those who’ve personally navigated mental health challenges or supported loved ones
Other healthcare professionals – from nurses to administrators who understand the gaps in today’s system
Together, these voices co-own and co-build Polaris — making sure the future of mental health is designed with the people it’s meant to serve.
We are intentionally vetting applicants to ensure alignment. Seats are limited, and not every applicant will be approved. All are encouraged to apply.

Mental health care is stretched to the breaking point. Demand for therapy is rising fast, but there aren’t enough licensed providers to meet it. The result is dysfunction across the entire field.
Burnout: More than half of therapists report being overwhelmed by admin and business tasks.
Delays in care: Patients wait an average of 48 days for treatment, and many drop out after mismatched starts.
Shortage: 1 in 8 people lives with mental illness, yet 60% of therapists aren’t taking new patients.

Right now we’re building the community that will own the creation of a new practice management platform for mental health.
The first version focuses on intake — making referrals and onboarding simple so therapists can spend their time where it matters most: with patients.
Over time, Polaris will grow into a single intuitive dashboard that adapts to the way each therapist actually works.

Early access to v1 begins in late 2025 for founding members and pilot partners. Public launch comes in early 2026.

Yes. Building evidence-based technology at scale takes outside capital. But Polaris will always begin with the clinicians and lived-experience leaders who built it. The community comes first, and any future investors will support that foundation.
-
Yes. We’re building our core team and looking for people who lead with integrity, vision, and heart. Formal hiring starts after we secure a full year of funding, and we’re already getting to know future teammates :)

Most companies build behind closed doors and only reveal polished press releases once everything is finalized. Polaris is doing the opposite. We’re building in public — sharing our wins, our mistakes, and our process in real-time on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Why? Because trust in mental health is earned through transparency. No other platform is opening the hood like this, and we believe it’s the only way to design software that truly serves therapists and patients.
Follow along! And share it with a therapist or a friend who cares about mental health :)
