Tell us what you're going through. We'll find the right Michigan therapist for you and make the introduction.
From telling us what's going on to your first session.
Answer a few questions in plain language. What brought you here, what kind of support you want, and anything about your background that matters. Your own words are what drive the match.
5 minutesWe show you Michigan therapists whose background and way of working fit what you shared. We also tell you exactly why each one was picked for you.
24 hoursPick your therapist and ask for a first call. Polaris sends a calendar invite to you and your therapist within 48 hours. If they are not available or not the right fit, we move to your next match and do it again.
48 hoursMona began building things at 11 years old, launching PawsGlobe, a pet rescue brand on Instagram that grew to a community of 140,000 dog owners and helped rescue over 4,000 dogs. By 16, she was running a brand management agency, working with Fortune 500 companies, musicians, and public figures. A longtime admirer of Gary Vaynerchuk, she later joined VaynerMedia and Vayner3, where she worked on social media strategy, content creation, and NFT projects for notable brands.
Her lived experience with ongoing mental health challenges led her toward psychology, eventually earning a B.A. and a postgraduate research position at Yale School of Medicine's XR Pediatrics Lab, where she studied virtual reality and game-based interventions for behavior change. She also worked directly with teens in residential treatment as a Mental Health Technician, facilitating groups and building the kind of genuine rapport with patients that remains the standard she holds every product and decision at Polaris to.
Mona became committed to advancing ethical, evidence-based innovation in mental health. Polaris is the expression of that commitment: technology that serves the clinician and the client, not the other way around. She believes in a world where the right tools reach the right person at the right time.
As a first-generation Indian-American with an audience of 10k+, Mona also writes about personal growth, entrepreneurship, relationships, and intentional living through her Substack and social media brand, "The Work of Becoming." On weekends, you can find her with loved ones, playing the violin, or road tripping with her dog, Mischa, to explore a new corner of Michigan.
